At Move The Limit we celebrate both athletes and sport enthusiasts alike. The preparations for running a marathon or completing the biking, running, and swimming of a triathlon are mentally and physically challenging.
With every effort, we can become smarter and better. Sharing your experiences with others can help them, but it might also help yourself to know how to grow and learn from your previous mistakes.
